My wife, Susan and I are in Richmond, VA this week spending intense 12 hour days clarifying Mosaic Hampton Roads vision and mission statements, core values, prayer support structure and leadership team architecture. Not being a detail freak like my wife, all these details are very intense for me, but they’re good, no great to work through! Continue to pray as God creates a Mosaic in Hampton Roads.
God has given us permission to risk, fail and succeed. Let’s give our lives to the calling of God and risk for him.
At Humana, I have experienced friendship, love and hope. My faith has grown and been challenged. I have been encouraged knowing I am not in this alone.
